Mr. See brings over ten years of experience in management and technology consulting and business development (BD) within the Federal markets.  His proven government and industry recognized leadership positions have allowed him to successfully execute the opportunity lifecycle; achieving key accomplishments ranging from multi-million dollar task orders to billion dollar contract wins.  In Mr. See’s tenure with Unisys as an Alliant Program Manager, he provides overall leadership, direction and operations expertise in management and use of IDIQs and GWACs.  As a senior manager for the IDIQ Center of Excellence for Unisys, Mr. See manages effective coordination for the BD, execution and administration of the Unisys portfolio of contract vehicles.  He is instrumental to establishing commitment to corporate contracts, PMO processes, marketing and education outreach, and strategic planning for government IT solutions.
