Bio - Patricia Craighill
Patricia Craighill is Special Advisor to the Chief, Warfighting
Integration, and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Air Force
(SAF/XC) for the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen).
In this role, Ms. Craighill represents the Air Force as Executive Agent
for the Department of Defense (DOD), serving as the Assistant Director
of the Joint Planning and Development Office (JPDO). She also manages
the efforts related to Net-Centric Information Exchange design and
planning for the JPDO. Prior to joining the Air Force, Ms. Craighill
was founder and president of KeenEdge Associates, an independent
contractor serving companies in the Federal contracting space, and
positioning for growth into direct Federal contracting. She advised
companies on business strategy, sales and marketing, and assisted with
pursuit of major government procurements. Ms. Craighill has held senior
executive roles in large ($1B+) and small ($40M) systems integrators
and service providers such as SI International (SERCO), UNITECH
(Lockheed Martin), Horne Engineering, Bearing Point, PRC (Northrup
Grumman), SAIC, and GTE Government Systems/ISD (CSC). She has been
responsible for both general management/operations and business
development.
