Bio - Reginald Bagby

Reginald BagbyMr. Reginald Bagby is the Director of Operations and Portfolio Integration Officer for PEO EIS. As the Director of Operations, his primary areas of responsibilities include oversight of contracting policy and compliance, technical (IT) and business operations, human resources, physical and personnel security support as well as many other crucial services that help all PEO EIS PMs deliver deployable, supportable and sustainable systems to the Warfighter.

He is also one of four senior Portfolio Integration Officers, responsible for the management of business information systems development, integration, and overall program implementation functions for acquisition, force management, automatic identification technology, and computer hardware and enterprise software domains.

Mr. Bagby has over 32 years of progressively responsible program, product, and information systems experience involving all facets of operations and systems acquisition and procurement. Prior to assuming his role as Director, Mr. Bagby held several positions within the Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) community, extending from Deputy Product Manager, to Program Manager in Industry. Mr. Bagby retired from the Army, serving 23 years in various positions in the Transportation, Adjutant General and Signal Corps, with concentrations in the operations of globalized main-frame and client-server information systems.

Mr. Bagby has received numerous awards and decorations over his Army and civilian career, including four Army Commendation Medals, four Meritorious Service Medals and Federal Computer Week’s 2005 Federal 100 Award.

He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, certified level III in Program Management. Mr. Bagby graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Master of Government Contracting Diploma from George Washington University.
