currently
the
Vice
Director
for
Network
Services,
Defense
Information
Systems
Agency.
His
responsibilities
include
planning
for
GIG
Combat
Support
transport
of
all
DISA
terrestrial
and
satellite
communications
networks
supporting
the
Global
Information
Grid.
Mr. Brougham came to DISA from industry where in his most recent position he was leading wireless initiatives focused on the Department of Defense.
For several years Mr. Brougham managed the government business in Europe and the Middle East for a major U.S. carrier. Mr. Brougham resided in Germany and supported existing business and all new initiatives, managing a staff in the United States, Bosnia, Oman, and Kyrgyzstan.
Prior to his European assignment Mr. Brougham held positions of Director of Program Management and Director of Business Development for a major carrier. In these roles he initially led efforts to obtain new business, and subsequently took on the role of implementing and managing the program support for all Department of Defense customers, and many civilian agencies. Mr. Brougham has considerable experience in planning, implementing, and managing of major communications networks.
Mr. Brougham is a retired U.S. Army officer. He received his undergraduate degree in Business from Washington State University, and his Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
