DESCRIPTION:In its second year\, the Ethics and Leadership Conference 
 will bring together over 150 juniors from 35 high schools in the Natio
 nal Capital Region to participate in this one day event to “reawaken
  the value of honesty\, integrity\, and respect for others in our soci
 ety”.   This event is sponsored by the West Point Class of ’79.  I
 n support of this event the Young AFCEANS will assist with student reg
 istration and assist the West Point cadets in facilitating the confere
