USAF IT Efforts Saving Money, Manpower (Defense News 2/16/07)

The ongoing reorganization of the U.S. Air Force’s information technology (IT) activities is saving billions of dollars in sustainment costs, and at least $100 million in software licensing costs, Lt. Gen. Michael Peterson told the Washington chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association on Feb. 16.
