It’s rare when you get more of what you really want. But that’s exactly what AFCEA DC is offering to its supporters this year. In the past, you’ve asked for more advanced notice of sponsorship opportunities to help you best leverage Chapter events within your organization and take full advantage of the opportunity to get the right people in your company to the right event that has the most impact on your business.
We listened, and are pleased to announce AFCEA DC’s Annual Sponsorship Program. We are offering the following investments, events & benefits.
Investments:
Sustaining Sponsor – $50,000 value, $42,500 cost
- Purchase sponsorships totaling $50,000 through any combination of events and receive a 15% discount (e.g., $50,000 x 15% = $7,500; cost = $42,500)
- Pay up front or quarterly
- Preferred seating at luncheons
- Podium recognition with plaque presented to company POC at luncheon (400-500 attendees); and photo with Chapter president
- Special designation on name badge at chapter events
- Four invitations to attend a Board cocktail networking reception*
- Four invitations to attend Board reception before Winter Gala; requires purchase of sponsorship of Winter Gala, or individual tickets; invitation applies to those tickets
Leadership Sponsor – $25,000 – $49,999 value, $22,500 – $44,999 cost
- Purchase sponsorships totaling $25,000 – $49,999 through any combination of events and receive a 10% discount (e.g., $30,000 x 10% = $3,000; cost = $27,000)
- Pay up front or quarterly
- Preferred seating at luncheons
- Podium recognition with plaque presented to company POC at luncheon (400-500 attendees); and photo with Chapter president
- Special designation on name badge at chapter events
- Two invitations to attend a Board cocktail networking reception*
- Two invitations to attend Board reception before Winter Gala; requires sponsorship of Winter Gala or separate purchase of tickets to Winter Gala
* New this year – as a special thank you to our Sustaining and Leadership Sponsors, the AFCEA DC Board of Directors will host an elegant, invitation-only networking cocktail reception to recognize the exceptional commitment that these companies have demonstrated in support of AFCEA DC in 2011-2012.
